Finance Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our CONVERTIQ team. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our international partners and acquiring banks. You will manage daily dispute operations, assess payment risks, and ensure seamless communication across our partner network. Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: Calculate financial metrics, prepare accurate billing/settlement statements, and distribute regular financial reports to key partners.

Risk & Transaction Analysis: Monitor transaction flows, perform risk assessments, and identify potentially suspicious financial activity.

Partner Communication: Work directly with acquiring banks and financial partners regarding operational queries, reconciliations, and risk queries.

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain precise operational documentation, ensuring full compliance with internal standards and partner requirements.

1+ years of professional experience in Fintech, PSPs, Acquiring, or the Payment industry;

Good understanding of card payment processing, acquiring fundamentals, and Visa / Mastercard rules;

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data handling, reporting);

High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills;

Ability to manage your work independently and make well-reasoned decisions under deadlines;

Excellent interpersonal skills for effective daily collaboration with international partners;

Good written and spoken English.
